Reception time is based on a 4-hour time line. Additional time can be added at a $150.00 per hour charge. Time additions within two weeks of the wedding cannot be guaranteed. All set-up includes tables, chairs, linen, china, stemware, flatware, staff, and take-down. Complimentary hurricane lamp centerpieces or votive candles are provided upon request. The Lodge provides all food and beverage. Please see our catering menus. No outside food or beverage is allowed except wine and champagne with a corkage fee. Food may not be taken off the Los Gatos Lodge property under any circumstance.
