1) What are your reservation confirmation, deposit and guarantee policies?
All room reservations require a credit card at time of booking. A valid credit card will be also required at time of check in to access the guest room with proper authorization for any and all room charges.
2) Do you have cancellation charges?
Reservations require a 24 hour prior to arrival cancellation notice to avoid a one night room and tax charge. All non cancelled room reservation will forfeit a one night charge on the credit card given during the reservation process or removed from the deposit on the reservation, if received at time of booking.
3) What is included in the room rate?
All room rates are subject to availability, all room rates include a complimentary continental breakfast (Monday – Saturday), housekeeping services, free WIFI, gym, out door heated pool, laundry services, dry cleaning services, bocce court and free parking.
4) Is availability guaranteed at the time of booking?
All rooms, including group or contracted rooms, packages and promotions are subject to availability. Room requests at the time of booking will be noted but room requests are not guaranteed. All rooms are subject to availability and may require a minimum night stay.
5) Do you have early check-in?
Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 12:00 noon. Early Check-in can be requested but not guaranteed based on availability. Late Check out can be extended with advanced notice to 1:00 pm. After 1:00 pm the Los Gatos Lodge will charge for an additional half (1/2) day room rate until 4:00 pm and a full day after 4:00 pm. If a late check out is required please notify the front desk at time of check in for availability.
6) Are there other payments and other charges?
Guests at time of check in will be responsible to provide an authorized credit card as payment for any such room damage.
7) Does the hotel accommodate guests with disabilities?
The Los Gatos Lodge has a few limited number of ADA accessible rooms, however at time of reservation these rooms can be requested. Please note requests are not guaranteed, however we try our best to exceed your requirements.
8) Do you accept Pets? Is there a Pet Policy fee?
The Los Gatos Lodge welcomes all your small Four legged friends. There is a One time pet fee of $30.00 for any after cleaning services.
9) Do you have a smoking policy?
The Los Gatos Lodge is 100% non smoking with in our guest rooms. Smoking in any guest room will result in a $75 cleaning fee.
